格瑞夫的金属色泽“溢价钢桶”（G-Premium）超越用户的期望

格瑞夫的标准钢桶和非标准特种钢桶，都有多种颜色可供用户选择，以满足客户的工业包装的需求。通常，颜色是根据客户的产品或品牌来选择的。

然而，在格瑞夫，他们在不断地寻找各种颜色的解决方案，以满足不同客户的独特需求。

根据客户对金属色钢桶的要求，格瑞夫的LATAM团队开发了G-Premium钢桶。

由于制作金属色漆的钢桶，涉及到生产的复杂性，格瑞夫的工程团队研究了如何使用钢桶的自然光泽来创造同样的效果。

为了确保G-Premium钢桶符合格瑞夫的严格质量标准，格瑞夫需要与供应链合作伙伴密切合作，并对钢桶的生产工艺进行修改。结果是生产了一个纯金属色光泽效果的钢桶，这超出了客户的期望。

这样给客户了个优秀满意的钢桶包装，反映了优质的产品，并使客户在竞争中脱颖而出。

G-Premium Steel Drum Outshines Customer's Expectations

A wide range of color options are available for Greif’s standard and specialty steel drums to suit our customers’ industrial packaging needs. Typically, colors are chosen based on a customer’s product line or branding. However, at Greif we are committed to finding color solutions that address our customer’s unique requirements. Following a request from a customer for a metallic-colored steel drum, our LATAM team developed the G-Premium steel drum.

Due to the production complexities involved in producing a metallic-colored painted drum, our engineering team looked at ways in which we could create the same effect using the natural shine of the steel drum.

Working in partnership with our ink supplier, Greif developed a new mechanical and sustainable, pigmentation-free resin, which emphasized the brilliance of the natural color of the steel while affording the same protection against corrosion, as conventional painting methods.

Close collaboration with supply chain partners and modifications to our production process were required to ensure that the G-Premium steel drums adhered to Greif’s exacting quality standards. The result was a pure color glossy effect steel drum which exceeded the customer’s expectations. It has given them a superior packaging finish that reflects the premium product and enabled them to differentiate from the competition.
