崔苏尔（Tri-Sur）密封系统中国新工厂即将投产

全球工业包装封闭器的领导者，崔苏尔密封器系统公司在江苏省镇江市大港开发区投资建设全球最大生产基地，工程预计2013 年年底完工，并于2014 年2 月开始生产金属封闭器。

该项目总投资逾2500万美元，占地面积24300 平方米，新工厂安装全球最先进的电镀及废水处理工艺。项目一期设计年产能为5000万套Tri-Sur®金属封闭器、3000 万套Tri-Sure®Tab-Seal Cap。项目二期将生产塑料产品及金属桶箍。项目投产后，崔苏尔公司将有能力更好的服务于中国的包装企业及化工客户。

同时，崔苏尔密封系统公司关闭了原有位于山东省青岛市的生产基地——卓美赛尔包装材料有限公司。工厂原有所有生产设备已搬离旧址并进行切割报废。而镇江新工厂将安装更先进的自动化生产线。青岛工厂关闭后，崔苏尔公司将由印度工厂进口Proseal封闭器产品继续服务于中国客户。

Tri-Sure® More than Closures invests in new China factory

As the market leader in industrial packaging closures, Tri-Sure is building a state of the art factory in Dagang, Zhenjiang Jiangsu. The total invested capital exceeds USD 25 million, occupying a property measuring 24300m2.

In the first phase, the factory is designed to produce 50 million steel closures and 30 million metal Tab-Seal caps. Tri-Sure will install the latest plating and waste water treatment technology to support our highly automated, energy efficient production process. For the second phase, Tri-Sure is planning for production of plastic closures and closing
rings. With this significant investment to build up the plant and our team, Tri-Sure will be able to better serve the domestic drum makers and fillers.

At the same time, Tri-Sure management has decided to shut down the Drumseal factory in Qingdao. All production equipment and machinery from this plant have been moved out and scrapped as we move forward with updated technology and processes. In the future, Tri-Sure will import Proseal closures from our plant in Bangalore, India to serve our loyal customers in China.

The local production of Tri-Sure closures has been enthusiastically supported by domestic drum makers as they work to improve the safety and quality of their containers.
